Room was suitable for our needs. Overnight trip between Coffs Harbour and Canberra.

Convenient, good value accommodation nearby to where we wanted to stay.
Somewhat noisy neighboring room but what can you do!

Location is on a very busy road and not near the shopping centre.
The whole motel needs some money invested in it to bring it up to scratch.
