very central and very quiet, apartment in the heart of Lindau
Appartamento in casa 2-famiglia, zona molto centrale e tranquilla, la casa si trova un blocco adiacente alla natura nel nucleo della città. L'appartamento si trova al piano terra, dispone di 3,5 camere (2 camere da letto, 1 soggiorno, 1 cucina, 1 bagno con doccia, 1 giardino d'inverno) con un totale di circa 90 mq, adatto per 2-6 persone. L'appartamento è completamente attrezzato e ristrutturato nel 2018 core e rinnovato. Include anche un giardino d'inverno riscaldato con vista sulla vegetazione e una terrazza privata con barbecue in giardino. Lago di Costanza è raggiungibile a piedi (circa 5 min.) Per raggiungere. I negozi del centro si trovano nelle immediate vicinanze, come l'appartamento è situato nel cuore di Lindau (distretto Reutin). L'isola è anche ben raggiungibili a piedi (circa 10 min.) Rapidamente in auto, ovviamente, sull'isola è attualmente anche la stazione ferroviaria. Pianificazione per la nuova stazione è in funzione, la distanza di circa 1 km. L'appartamento è dotato di 2 camere con 2 letti (1x letto matrimoniale 1,80x2,00 metri e 2x singolo 1,00x2,00m letto). Il divano nel soggiorno può essere convertito in un divano letto e offre più posti letto 2 (circa 1,40x2,00m). La cucina è completamente attrezzata con lavastoviglie, macchina per il caffè, tostapane, cucina e molto altro ...........(Tutto è nuovo !!) posti a sedere in cucina 4-5. Nel giardino d'inverno ci sono più posti a sedere per 6 persone. Il bagno è dotato di doccia e servizi igienici e un asciugacapelli. La doccia ha un pannello di massaggio. Parcheggio per un proprio auto dalla struttura, per più auto ci sono parcheggio su strada di fronte (distanza circa 50 m). Una lavatrice è disponibile nel seminterrato anche. Altre attività ricreative nelle vicinanze (spiaggia, mini-golf,, centro commerciale di caffè). Per le vacanze invernali, sci tempo di viaggio può essere raggiunto da circa 45 minuti, a seconda di dove si dovrebbe andare. Una splendida vista delle montagne sono inoltre disponibili. Nel giardino ci sono attrezzature per il barbecue in estate e un pozzo del fuoco per un falò. Per i bambini c'è un grande trampolino nel giardino che può essere condiviso.

Die FeWo liegt wirklich gut. Zum See selber sind es nur ein paar Minuten und als Basis für Ausflugsziele ist sie absolut geeignet. Die FeWo ist modern eingerichtet und sauber. Da gibt es nichts zu kritisieren. Was ein wenig fehlt, sind Kleinigkeiten. Zum Beispiel könnte das Bad ein paar Haken für Handtücher vertragen. Dafür gibt es Handtücher und Bettwäsche in großer Anzahl. Das Mobiliar ist zum größten Teil neu aber auch einfach. Das ist vollkommen in Ordnung. Es wäre toll gewesen, bei der Auswahl der Betten/Matratzen eine komfortablere Variante zu wählen. Für unseren Geschmack war die Bettenlandschaft zu hart. Aber - das ist ein subjektives Empfinden.
Wir (3 Erwachsene und 1 Kind) fühlten uns alles in allem wohl und die Wohnung wurde tatsächlich mehr als „Basis-Camp“ denn als Aufenthaltsort genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit der Hausherrin lief ausschließlich über Smartphone. Für mich passt das, schließlich wurden unsere Fragen beantwortet und die Erreichbarkeit war vorhanden.
Abschließend mein Fazit: Wohnung ok, als Basis top, Lage super;

Hat alles gut geklappt, die Absprachen verliefen reibungslos und unkompliziert, alles war sauber, insgesamt war die Wohnung schon ein wenig verlebt, hat seinen Zweck aber erfüllt

Supermarché proche.
Pour l'accès au lac de Constance, il y a des travaux actuellement sur la place. Donc, temporairement, c'est plus compliqué pour aller au bord.

The property was clean albeit a strange smell in the kitchen. The previous people had left onions in the cupboard and in the heat added to the strange smell that lingered for the full time. I did message the owner about this. I went and bought an air freshener. As she was not there to greet us, I don’t think this was checked.
The location of the property is excellent and we loved Lindau and the walk to the island. All amenities are near by. There is a real country view from the garden and it is not long to walk to the lake. However, a little more care from the owner might have meant we didn’t walk for miles to find our way. The info in the hall was mostly in German only. So catering for other nationalities would be again a more welcoming thing to do.
The place does not have WiFi and has poor internet connection. There clearly is a connection there but I messaged the owner and had no reply about this. Also with no air conditioning the temperatures reached 30+ some days. A fan might have at least helped.
The owner was away so didn’t greet us and said she would see us later in the stay but did not. It would have been nice to have felt like it was someone’s home. The furnishings were quite cheap though clean. The pillows were uncomfortable and there is only a travel kettle for a flat that sleeps 6 people so you are filling it up frequently. The laminate that has been laid was a tripping hazard for grandma who was sleeping in the living room on a sofa bed. It was buckled and lifting.
This could be an excellent place with some tweaks and a bit of love for the property and friendliness from the owner.
