Enjoy a spacious 128 m² of living space in this bright, non-smoking vacation apartment on the mezzanine level (access via an outdoor staircase), which combines the cozy character of the house with fresh, modern furnishings to create a harmonious overall atmosphere. Located in a very quiet residential area in Lindau, this apartment—with a total of five rooms—offers plenty of space for families or groups of up to six people. The spacious living area, featuring hardwood floors, a cozy sofa corner, and an open fireplace, is perfect for relaxing.
The three bedrooms provide ample privacy, with one of the rooms—equipped with a single bed—serving as a walk-through room. The separate, fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, featuring a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a bathtub and toilet.

A special highlight is the outdoor area with a covered terrace and a garden that features an outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings. Please note that the garden is not fenced in. For your comfort, the apartment is allergy-friendly, has privacy screens on all windows, and offers high-speed Wi-Fi.

While your primary vehicle can be parked in a private outdoor parking space right next to the house, additional vehicles can be conveniently parked on the street. Bicycles you bring with you can be stored safely in the garage. Children and pets are welcome. Enjoy a relaxing vacation in a setting that combines tranquility with a wide range of recreational activities on Lake Constance.
