Great location. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. Granada was a fantastic city to visit.

Spacious flat, pillows and mattress super confortable, great location you don’t need to go up and down stairs to reach your flat. There is an elevator, clean
The shower stayed clogged even though the staff supposedly sent someone, the flat is super mega dark.

Location is good, only a short walk from the Cathedral, bars and restaurants. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Room spotlessly clean and availability of the lounge area was a bonus.
Breakfast was very, very pricy in comparison to what is available elsewhere locally. We were advised a few days in advance that La Vuelta was on during our stay so there was limited access to parking for a couple of days and we needed to park at the sister hotel approx. 1km away. This meant we had to drag our suitcases between the two which was a bit of a pain in the heat. However, we did subsequently find that actual access was only restricted for a couple of hours and if we'd have known that we could have worked around it quite easily avoiding the need to do this.

Great selection but juice machine kept breaking down and only 1 coffee machine for all the hotel guests.
Reception staff especially Maria were excellent and v helpful
There was no sign at reception that terrace out of bounds due to pool maintenance. Work due to take 2 days but overran to 4 days - only opening on the day we left. If we had known that the terrace and pool were going to be off limits we would have chosen another hotel.
Room cleaning v erratic - used coffee cups not replaced, toiletries and towels not replaced. Disappointing
