My sister and I spent just a couple of nights here and truly fell in love with the house and staff. Every interaction was easy and kind, the house was incredibly well kept, and the grounds were gorgeous. It's located a bit out of the way which is perfect for minimizing crowds and noise! Our room was perfectly sized and the bed/bedding comfortable. All in all, a 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone in any stage of life.

Very pretty country location. The rooms including common rooms were all lovely. The tiny bathrooms were cramped and windowless and let the property down. Breakfasts were lovely, with lots of choice. We didn’t have dinner there, as prices were over the top, compared with what we were paying in other locations on our trip around the UK.

Really enjoyed our stay, a lovely setting and everyone was very nice and helpful. Had a lovely walk from the hotel in the morning.

The guest house was in one of the most picturesque places I’ve been. Richard and his staff were wonderful and Richard is an outstanding chef
