Nice quiet location

Needs more detailed cleaning, though for the price I don’t mind cleaning.

It was an okay room, the place itself is okay I felt safe and didn’t have any real problem. The staff are friendly. Location is okay because it’s close to the MRT only around 1km down the street. The local stalls and shops are nice to visit with friendly locals.

Not very clean bits of long hair in a lot of places and random pieces of rubbish in the shower area, bed was quite hard.

Owner very very friendly, and helpful . I liked a lot the uncomplicated check-in and check out , no drama with any reception passport or deposit Fee. Very good and comfortable at this point . Safe Neighbourhood I was feeling comfortable even by nighttime walking alone towards the overnight. Taxis and especially motorcycles are available on the main road at the bts station. Walk to overnight 10-12min.

Spacious for a 1 bed.

Room was unclean upon check in (surfaces not be cleaned and half a toilet roll which was dirty) and there was absolutely no apology when this was brought to their attention. Despite being far away from the main roads, it is very noisy. You can hear chickens and bells very early in the morning and there is no insulation between rooms so you can hear everything in the room next door. There is a fridge and microwave but not basic other things like cutlery. 8 day stay and there is no cleaning - not even emptying bins. No shower curtain in the bathroom.
