UTD8 Hotel and Residence

I couldn't find a single flaw or shortcoming in the hotel. It was immaculately clean, the entire staff was highly professional, very polite and prompt in their actions to any request. I have stayed in starred hotels, but never seen such cleanliness and serviceability of the appliances. The 24-7 laundry, the gym and the weighing machine in the laundry room was such a booster. The location of this hotel is away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and a 7 Eleven is 3 mins walk, On Nut Plaza is 4 mins walk, Big C 10 mins walk, BTS 12 mins walk and plenty of good restaurants around. Amber and Jeffer were very helpful at the time of my arrival and then the rest of the staff proved equally good. 10/10 from my POV.

Nothing

An absolute gem. The location was perfect for getting around Bangkok and the room was always clean and tidy. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. The staff were friendly and the service level impeccable.
