Condo was perfect for us - clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the 4 of us. Loved being able to look outside and watch everyone ski/snowboard down the mountain. Our family also used the resort hot tub to relax afterwards. We used Black Tie Ski Rentals as recommended by the resort and was very happy with their service. We will definitely stay here again the next time we head to Sugar Mountain.

We also enjoyed the sauna and pool that are available for use. There were a few things we would have liked to know. We didn’t know the weather was bad (a lot of snow) the day we were arriving. Our weather app had no snow. The office called to give us the gate code but gave no warning about the roads and we did get stuck. There is a an after hours number that we called but had to leave a message and no one called us back. The other thing I would recommend is bring your own soap, sponge, shampoo, and laundry detergent. There were only 2 small bars of hand soap, no laundry detergent, and a washcloth in the kitchen. We are fine bringing everything but did not know. Thankfully we did not need to do laundry and had our own shampoo. Overall, it was very clean and was a great experience. We will be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice, clean but very basic. Nice views of slopes on top of hill. Main downside unit is a very small boiler, which does not nearly produce sufficient hot water for a family of 5. Amenities like gym and pool can use an overhaul / upgrade and a small store to buy basic necessities would be nice as well as you are currently dependent on grocery store miles away.
