TreasureRome Spanish Steps Penthouse is a four-bedroom luxury penthouse with two private terraces in the historic center of Rome, located on Via Frattina beside the Spanish Embassy, just steps from the Spanish Steps.
“Our family had a wonderful stay here! The layout of the apartment is perfect for a family, and the bedroom/bathroom setup worked very well. We also thoroughly enjoyed both patio spaces. The location of the apartment is ideal, and we were very close to markets, restaurants, and so many of the popular sights. It was great to have the elevator as an option, and it was very quiet at night. Karina was a great host, and was very communicative when we arrived to ensure our checkin went smoothly. We highly recommend this property and hope we can return one day soon!”

Spanning 180 square meters across two levels, the penthouse is defined by space, light, and balance. The interiors are calm and well-proportioned, designed to feel residential rather than touristic.
Two private terraces extend the living areas outdoors, offering open views and a sense of distance from the street below.
The main floor hosts three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and a guest half-bath. The kitchen is fully equipped, while the living and dining areas open directly onto the main terrace, creating a natural flow between indoors and outdoors.
The upper level features a private studio with a sofa bed and its own terrace, furnished with a swing chair. This level works well as a secluded retreat within the home, ideal for guests seeking privacy or quiet.

Amazing. We had top-notch concierge service and a beautiful apartment. Brian was helpful with any questions I had and helped us set up everything from car service to and from the airport to a private cooking class. The property was very nice in a great neighborhood near shops and restaurants. We loved every moment.

What makes a stay in any city comfortable and memorable is the hospitality of its hosts. Brian, our concierge, was generous with his time, attention to detail, and genuine human care. This allowed my guests and I to enjoy all Rome has to offer from this fabulous location and luxurious space. The balconies are to die for!
