The stove was a nice feature

The bed was super small, had a stain on it, the bed squeaked, the staff were either asleep in another room and couldn’t help us for like 20 minutes at midnight and then checking out the guy went to sleep I think at 10am

There was a large refrigerator and a small stove to cook on. The AC worked fine.

The room smelled like cigarett smoke. I told the front desk several times and I had to ask for a can of air freshener.

I lost my shoes, my watch, a chain

they didn’t let us check in.

They overcharged me versus the quoted price. I emailed but got no reply. I went back to the property and the receptionist didn't help.

Chose not to stay due to it was extremely dirty

It was very dirty , the beds was on metal frames the moved, there was no blankets .

Rooms not ready for check in on time. Staff was super Rude. I was told if I did not like the fact that the rooms were not ready I could take my business elsewhere. While waiting I called Booking.com to place a complaint. So the agent I spoke with put me on hold and called the Hotel to find out what the issues were. This only angered the staff at the hotel more. By the time I went back to check in they did not realize who I was at first and I overheard them openly talking about the issues as soon as I entered the facility. I approached the counter and Identified myself for check in. I'm not shy so I told them that I could hear them talking about the situation as I walked in and thought that it was unprofessional. I then told them that I would have canceled my reservation if it was not so inconvenient to change plans so abruptly they then refused my business and canceled my reservation and I was told to leave. So now after a 41/2 hour drive My son and I had to find a new hotel at the last minute before being able to see my mother at the hospital in the Burn Unit. I was afraid if I did not get something right away there would not be anything available. With limited options we ended up paying more than $400.00 for a room. I am disabled and on a fixed budget. Something is not getting paid this month. I guess we could have stayed in the car in a parking lot somewhere. OMG This has taken up so much of my time and been nothing more than a BIG inconvenience.
