Everything was great, from the kindness of the staff to the great breakfast they prepared for us. Everything was clean .

A truly beautiful place, ideal for relaxation and peace of mind. The chef prepares delicious meals, and every breakfast and dinner was thoroughly enjoyed

.Our stay began with a very unpleasant check‑in experience. We waited outside for hours while calls were ignored, and when finally admitted, no apology was offered, only the remark that ‘these things happen for a reason.’ We chose to let that pass to enjoy our stay. Later, our dinner order was not placed, and when my husband enquired, a loud argument broke out between the same staff member and the chef. The shouting in front of guests was unprofessional, and physical aggression toward the chef was unacceptable. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but professionalism is essential when dealing with clients. We chose peace instead of reacting, but this situation highlighted the need for better etiquette and respect in guest service.
