The location , the room and the staff.
The apartment is very big, clean and the kitchen with big refrigerator and stove and all the dishes, pots and kitchen staffs. Plus the laundry’s in the living room.

It was spacious, fully stocked (including a washer/dryer!), and located just far enough away from the city center to not feel busy but close enough to walk to everything necessary for comfort. There is a very ample supermarket just downstairs on the street level in case you need to purchase almost anything.
Nothing.

I provided my own breakfast and other meals but having a supermarket downstairs made it so easy. The host was extremely helpful. Location could not have been better.
Knives for slicing need sharpening and a chopping board needs to be provided. I spent eight nights there so I prepared a number of my own meals.
