During our recent trip to Atlanta, GA, my youth athletes and I had the pleasure of staying in a remarkable residence. The house was meticulously clean, extremely spacious, and nestled in a tranquil neighborhood. I highly recommend this property and would rent it again.

The good things - the beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are clean, showers have good water pressure and each bedroom has a private bath. Host/management company is very responsive and helpful. But this house, although it's been updated, still feels old and needs some TLC. Floors are scratched up, baseboards are splintered in places, smells a little musty and the HVAC is very inconsistent - some rooms are so hot, others freezing. My biggest takeaway was how poorly stocked the kitchen was. Thankfully, we were in town for a wedding so all of our meals, happy hours, etc were out, but there were only 4 coffee cups (for a house that sleeps 10), one wine glass, 5 forks, and sugar packets are the only spice in the place. If you're planning on cooking there, be prepared to buy everything. Also, that living room picture is misleading; there is not a lot of space to sit comfortably even with that sectional. There were 8 of us and we had to bring dining chairs to the living room so we had enough seating to just sit and chat. Overall, the location was perfect - me niece was married at Peachtree Church right around the corner and lots of the celebrations were at Chastain Park. And since our weekend was full of wedding related activities, we didn't spend a lot of time there, but if we were looking for a relaxing home base while exploring Atlanta, this wouldn't be it.
