Very nice and quiet neighborhood. 7/11, post office, Family Mart, Subway within walking distance. Nice view on the 3rd floor from Unit 303. Some good restaurants nearby. Walking distance to parks and the beach.

Everything in the room looks rather new (as of May 2024) but also easy to break. The materials are not so sturdy. Only a bathroom mirror but no other mirrors in the unit. Everything else was fine and very satisfactory.

The owner already told us ahead that the room is small for 4 people but it did not matter anymore because our kids can get by after a long tiring day. Amenities are complete. We only have a hard time during the self check in but it went well. Thanks Sakura house!

Most important devices attached: WiFi --only worked here not outside, nor at other building with WiFi area. So my room was oasis at night, very comfortable with WiFi, Cooler, TV, kitchen, microwave oven. I didn't use Washer and Toaster. Very quiet! When I come to Fukuoka City, I 'd like to stay here again and recommend others who have my situation.

This is my first experience-- staying an apartment house . First I was worried but day by day ( and talking with friends,) I got used to the situation. I cannot complain at all. The owner was very nice and reactive though I didn't meet him in person.

It was a little far from the metro station, but overall the location was alright. It was clean and quiet.

The futon was the worst I experienced in Japan ever. Very thin on hard floor. It was difficult to get decent sleep. No elevator, so it's pain to get big heavy suitcases upstairs. The check in process on the tablet in front of the building is also lengthy. It would be nice to be able to pre-check in online, so you can get inside the room quickly after a long journey. We got much better experience for less money in Kyoto in a 3 star hotel, so it makes you think about the price of this stay in Fukuoka.
