The staff members were extremely helpful and courteous. The beds were the most comfortable. This hotel has a spacious fitness room, and the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of foods.

Just superb, except for the breakfast. We also really appreciated being able to get the keys before the official check-in time at no extra charge. In many Japanese hotels, even if the room is already ready, you usually won’t be given the keys before check-in time because of the very strict adherence to rules and procedures.
Breakfast could be a bit longer. Coffee is disgusting. 🙈

We were given a high, corner room with fantastic views.
The roof top bar. Over priced average drinks, slightly disorganised staff and terrible AI generated repetitive music. If trying to promote a high end atmosphere please spend the money and get the music/ambiance right.

Just a great overall experience. The hotel went above and beyond to make our stay special. The breakfast is a standout and all the staff we encountered were amazing. Loved the mix of Japanese and Thai hospitality. The top floor bars are definitely worth a visit.
None. It was the prefect start to our trip.
