Fraser Residence was great for us as we were getting towards the end of our holiday and there was a washer/dryer in our room. There was also a kitchenette in the room which we didn’t use, but would be convenient for other guests. The room was clean and comfortable, and bigger than most hotels in Japan. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is also in an excellent location.
Nothing.

The apartment had a washer/dryer in unit (thanks Google for helping decide the buttons!)
Location was ultra convenient and the staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke good English
Gym didn't have an elliptical
Not a complaint, but be aware that the washer dryer takes a long time to fully dry clothes - bear in mind!
Small nitpick: the king bed was flush against one wall, making it not so easy for entry/exit

The bed was a little hard.

"Tutto. Stanza enorme, completa di cucina e lavatrice, letto king size. Staff super competente, cordiale e con un inglese perfetto. Posizione a 2 minuti a piedi dal cuore di Namba e dalla metropolitana..."
