Great hotel, the living area was spacious, best shower/bath we have had in a hotel, comfy beds and very clean.
We liked having a coffee machine/teas/hot chocolate at reception, saki tasting was good too.

Honestly 30 pieces was one of our favourite hotels when travelling Asia! The staff are attentive and helpful. They helped us in so many ways. Travelling with a family this was the hotel we needed ♥️

Fabulous stay at this hotel, perfect for our family of four! Great location within walking distance to attractions and transport!

Rooms and bathroom were a great size! Kitchenette was helpful for family mart snacks and meals, the free rental items in the lobby was a cool perk! Such as the record players and games etc.
The beds were quite firm and didn’t have a headboard, so pillows always falling down. The pillows were also quite high! The staff were helpful and accommodating, they had other types of pillows to choose from and let me test them out and then brought them up to my room with an extra blanket that I could use as a mattress topper lol. It worked well!
