The space we had for 3 people was a nice bonus.
It's a staff less hotel, it was surprising at the beginning.

Rooms was very spacious. Kitchen was equipped with just the right amount of items. Washing machine was convenient. Room was clean and in great location. I liked that you have the entire floor to yourself. Berthing was seamless. Will definitely stay there again. Great value for the money
None.

The location was brilliant. Close to everything we wanted to do but in a quieter street so it was easier for the kids to settle. Close to a park so the littles could run off some steam. Very spacious room for a great price. The bath was brilliant. The luggage storage made everything a lot easier this time compared to the first time we stayed in 2023. This is probably our favourite accommodation in Osaka for a family of four and we will absolutely book here again in the future.
Some people don't like the fact the hotel uses a code to enter. We prefer this as it means we don't have to worry about losing keycards but understand it's not for everyone.
When we visited previously we were given washing liquid for the washing machine which was topped up with cleaning but we didn't receive any this time. It wasn't an issue as there is a supermarket nearby and we just bought some but it's something to consider.

Room size nice and spacious
Room wasn't very clean. Found multiple long black hairs food stains on kitchen walls as well as dust and grime on skirting boards. Pillows were terrible. Smell in bathroom drain from the washing machine. Minimal cutlery and plates, no teaspoons or large eating plates i did address this, plus the marks on walls with the property but it wasn't rectified
