There are no real problems. The value for money was exceptional. It was clean neat and the garden was lovely. I had no problem sleeping. Having a bar and restaurant on hand was We awoke at six and left shortly after.
Really, nothing much. I dislike the Booking. com 'code' admission intensely and do not to pretend to understand it. I had to have help in locating both rooms from someone who understood the system (the previous night I had booked accomodation in Brighton and was kept waiting a full hour on a premium line for the code, growing cold in the night). Not only is it impenetrable, it is 'cold'. Being welcomed by a senior bar staffer is both warm and human.

Clean, quiet, lovely pub, food fantastic

The bed was comfortable and check in was easy. Shower was nice and powerful. Room was boiling but a fan was provided.
Left with bed bug bites, no reception in the area, really hard to get a taxi.
