NOTE: only for stays longer than 27 days, utilities (light, water, gas and wifi ) are charged by the customer + final cleaning
The building offers the possibility to choose between different types of apartments in addition to these, and also allows customers to combine multiple solutions if families or larger groups wish to stay together in the same building.
BRIGHT-RED SUITE: As you enter the apartment, 70 square meter, ( renovated and redecorated in 2021 ) you will find a bright, soft, gentle flat: the spacious and sunny living room with a brown sofa double bed, a light brown sofa and a square glass table with 4 comfortable white chairs, the red kitchen separated from the living room with a semi-circle wall. Two wooden steps bring the guest to the sleeping area: one bedroom with a NEW king size bed, a spacious wardrobe and a useful desk with 2 red chairs, the other bedroom with 1 single bed, a wardrobe with shutters in mirror, a useful desk with a white stool. Between the 2 bedrooms there is a modern bathroom with a beautiful shower.
The apartment is quite and peaceful.
Changeover day
We do our best to accommodate individual guests needs in terms of changeover day.
Check in time: by arrangement with the owner, from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Check out time: by arrangement with the owner , by 10 am
In case of late arrival: from 8 pm to 10 pm 30 euro fee, after 10 pm a 50 Euro fee will be applied.

The location is amazing, close to everything. We had a wonderful stay with our family and Mariangela and Sara were super helpful from the check in showing us everything about apartment to answering our couple questions so quickly during the stay. Thank you so much and we will be back!

What a wonderful 5 days in Florence. The apartment is magnificent. Fransesca greeted us like family and gave fabulous details about the area. Beds were comfy and the apartment had everything we needed for our comfort.The location is ten of ten. Easy access to all areas of this fabulous city.

This apartment was well located and appointed. It was clean and worked well for our family of four. We were able to walk to and from the train station.
