Great location, fantastic facilities. We had looked at reviews previously left and any suggestions given by others had clearly been acted on - it was great to see that there is a responsive host.
We stayed here for a trip to Alton towers but were pleasantly surprised by how lovely leek itself is.
The owner left a very useful folder of Information with recommendations for places to eat and we can verify that their suggestions are good!
We would definitely stay here again.
From previous reviews we knew the lift wasn’t working but it would have been helpful to have a message about this before staying.
There was also a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the living room. This wasn’t noticeable after a short time but we did smell it each time we entered the room as we are non smokers. I suspect the smell was on the sofas rather than someone having broken the rules and smoking in the room itself.

Apartment very well located, well equipped and lovely and clean. Could not fault the apparent.
The lack of lift despite being advertised. We were ok but would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Lack of outside bins for disposing of rubbish.

Property was very clean and more spacious than it looks
The owner asked for us to pay an extra £50 the night before we went in order to make up the full 3 beds that are advertised when booking the apartment. I asked to see the written policy where it states this charge is extra and they failed to provide me with it. The double bed also makes a loud noise every slight movement you make

Lovely little apartment. Perfect for our trip to Alton Towers.

The apartment is at the top but not too many steps.

Great location, easy to walk out and explore and close to the Roaches where we were climbing. Had everything we needed and all very clean.
Noise from other apartments and someone ringing bell at 2am, also the bedroom window was open when we arrived and rain had come in and made a puddle on the floor... luckily missed the bed!

The apartment was very hot and the bed had a couple of slats missing and one broken

The location was just on the side of Leek, easy walking distance to any of the shops and restaurants. Around the corner from a very big car park.
The fact that the lift was not working and the sofas wasn't very comfortable.

clean, modern and very well located in the centre of Leek.

The flat was lovely and clean, had everything you'd need for a short stay, and was bang in the middle of town. Also, a very cheap car park just around the corner.
The flat is at the top of the building, so a fair few flights of stairs to tackle. There is a disabled lift, but it was locked, maybe you can get a key if you asked?

Comfort in lounge and location. Apt had moist things needed for short stay
Oven gloves and tin foil for warming food would be helpful. Possibly spray cooking oil as gesture if/when needed - not all time shopping for small items to use once.
Slept in apartments with a more comfortable mattress (double)
