Mercure Tokyu Stay Osaka Namba

I enjoyed how close it was to the retail stores and the front desk attendants were very helpful room kept very clean housekeeping was excellent breakfast was amazing

Location is great, decoration and ambiance also. The bar close super early.

The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite, from check in to graciously stepping in to help ship our luggage even a day earlier than the luggage service stated! We ship our bags always to the next hotel while in Japan. The QR code for the service at the lobby desk MUST be utilized before 1100 (which we did not know until the afternoon) to get the bags sent out in 1-2 days. The staff actually stopped the luggage courier right before he was leaving that day, and managed to get our bags to be picked up the next day, versus the 2 days per the online booking! Now, that was well above and beyond expected service and this is the part that convinced me to again use this hotel for our November, 2026 trip. We love the washing machine in the room, this was a godsend. Toiletries and the Nescafe coffee machine in the room were awesome! I did agree with the prior reviews that the rooms were markedly dark/ dim. However, I did ask the property and they informed me that there are extra lights we could rent out for the room on our next stay : ). Rooms were very quiet and bed was VERY comfortable. HIGHLY recommend the location as well!

Staff was friendly and was very helpful at check in. The room was nice and clean. The laundry was super convenient and they even provided detergent.
