Simpatico il check in con i dinosauri e molto semplice,posizione ottima e ha un bar proprio davanti che fa colazioni eccellenti

We had new towels everyday, the hotel was really well situated and also calm at the same time! Loved the amenities

Good location, rooms are ok, breakfast acceptable.

unfortunately the guy at the reception was rude, the dinosaurs we thought they are “smart”, AI driven but unfortunately these very very simple robots with recorded 2-3 sentences. We arrived before 3pm, they even does not say sorry please come back after 3pm, simply they were switched off, so the surprise for the kids was gone. Robot in the room is also very basic one.

the hotel is very comfortable from every perspective, the rooms were large and the location is perfect, the toilets were HUGE, there are various amenities you can find in the lobby (even a clothes compressor that reduces area in your luggage).

everything was so good but there is a literal basketball court right next to the hotel. my room was on level 1 and I thought as if I was in the basketball court myself. it’s so loud and the young people there aren’t quiet at all. the basketball court closes at 22:00, so maybe if your plans are that you won’t be at your room all throughout the evening, I think this hotel is perfect. but if you would want to end the day a bit earlier then you either pray your room won’t face the basketball court our just don’t stay here.
