Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. Eric (the host) could not have done more for us. Breakfast was fantastic. There was free parking provided. We were only a short drive from the main part of town - about 3 minutes? I would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Wonderful warm family atmosphere, great renovated rooms, excellent breakfast. Good location with a short walk to the center of Kirkwall and convenient parking.

Quiet neighbourhood with tons of parking. Easy walk to the downtown and harbour for sites, restaurants and shopping. Best Scottish breakfast on our trip so far. Fresh fruits and berries offered.

I had the best, tastiest breakfast ever. Nothing fancy just really great tasting. The eggs were so fresh and I had the same thing all three mornings and it was very consistent. Room was great. Great location. Easy to find. I’ll definitely be back and would recommend it to anyone who wants a lovely place to stay that’s very comfortable. 11 out of 10 for breakfast!
