Location , staff and everything
Air con didn’t really work that great 🙄 Couldn’t change settings and was definitely not 16 deg as it said so can get a little hot at night

This place was perfect for what we needed it for. It had everything we needed. You also have access to laundry just need to get soap but that was a huge plus. Great location too! I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

The place was cozy and the place is strategic, it’s in the centre of everything! 15mins walk to Zurich HB, about 10 mins walk from Bahnhofstrasse and near the restaurants.
The airconditioning and the fan provided were not working, so I struggle with the heat, considering that it’s already Autumn. The tap is a bit wobbly when I first came in. Couldn’t get hold of the staff, tried ringing the number but always hang up?
