The location was perfect for our trip to Universal Studios. The walk is very easy and the neighborhood is very cute and quiet. The host was very accommodating with quick response. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend.

The house was perfect location and we had everything we needed to enjoy New Year’s celebration at Universal Studios. Nice home with 3 comfortable bedrooms. Highly recommend. Our host was quick to reply to any questions also.

Cozy place in a quiet neighborhood. We walked to great restaurants, grocery and of course Universal Studios. All the needed kitchenware as well.

This is a great little house in a great neighborhood. When they say walking distance to Universal Studios they meant it. Walk a 1/2 mile to the entrance to Universal and catch the shuttle to the gate and CityWalk. Look up and use the pedestrian bridge to cross the street.
Communicating with the person in charge was super easy. Quick response and on it.
Short walk to Ca” Del Sole Italiano restaurant. Great food and super friendly. Short walk to Ralph’s grocery store. Don’t forget to go by and see the Brady Bunch house just 2 miles from the house. 11222 Filling Street. Made my wife’s trip.
The Metro train station is also at the same spot the shuttle picks you up.
We did not have a car and did not have to have one.

My family and I had a great day in Los Angeles. The house was great. It was clean and had everything we needed for comfortable stay.
It is a 5 minute drive to the Universal studios entrance and very close to the highway and shops. I would highly recommend this house if you're planning on going to visit Universal studios.

It is a beautiful little house about a mile from the Universal Studios entrance (up hill, so we drove). The size worked well for our family of four. We would have preferred a real bed instead of futons in the third bedroom. Nice quiet neighborhood and good central location.

We had a fantastic stay here! Great convenient location in Studio City. We were able to walk from where we were staying to Universal Studios. Our host was very nice, and we had a great experience!! Our house was very clean with plenty of rooms. There was even a washer and dryer which was also convenient. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful. We were extremely satisfied with our vacation stay here!! Would highly recommend!! 5 stars!!

Stayed here to go to Universal, we were able to walk and take the shuttle to the park. The two beds in the large room were not beds they were futons, this could have been more accurate in the description. The lemon tree was a nice addition.

This property is a great size for 6 adults. Very clean, comfortable and close to Universal Studios. We had a great time. Make sure you get some In and Out which is not far from this place!

My husband, sister, and her partner spent a few days in this home. We loved it! It´s spacious and luminous.
Close to Universal Studios, one of the places we wanted to visit, 15 minutes away from the Walk of fame, and reasonable distance (and Lyft or Uber rate) to go to Santa Monica pier and the Getty Center.
We enjoy our time there! I totally recommend it for families or groups of friends.

My family and I spent our summer vacation in LA with plans to sightsee and also several college visits in the area. The property was a great home base for this. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood and convenient access to grocery and food, the house itself is nice and relaxing, the perfect size for the 4 of us. We especially enjoyed the backward table under the trellis for the cool shade found there.

Great location. However, I had to call host the night before at 9:30p to get access code. To house. Also, if a good nights rest is important consider the 3rd bedroom has 2 “futon” beds and not “queen mattress ”. Host did offer an inflatable mattress but that doesn’t replace the comfort of an actual mattress.

As we pulled into the beautiful neighborhood, children played at the park and dogs play with balls and Frisbees. The home is immaculate! Everything our family of 6 could hope for! After claiming our rooms and settling in, we WALKED to the Universal tram and rode up to the City walk.
This home is walking distance from Universal Studios, Ralph's grocery and a beautiful park. 45 min drive to the Santa Monica pier & 7 miles to the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
We HIGHLY recommend you stay here! Whether you want a relaxing stay home or a home base for all your adventures! Tha k you for a truly spectacular stay! We will be back!

This house was perfect for our family--me, my wife, and our 3 young kids. Location was so close to Universal Studios and a short drive to lots of Hollywood attractions. There was also a cute park right down the street that we would have enjoyed if we had a bit more time.
The house itself was spacious and just as described, very clean and cozy. Plenty of room for all of us. Great outdoor space for eating, and the kids had fun collecting lemons that had fallen from the giant lemon tree hanging over the yard. Felt like a little taste of living in LA.

This is one of the best rentals we’ve stayed at. Wow! Perfect size for a family of six, so close to Hollywood, Universal, Griffith Park and all that LA has to offer.
Clean, well stocked, with all the amenities needed for a trip.
We loved everything about it and won’t hesitate to book again!

We stayed at the house for four nights. The house easily slept five of us and it was nice and spacious. We were able to cook meals easily in the kitchen. The house had a lot of little items that were nice add-ons for when you are out of town - spices, olive oil, coffee and tea in the kitchen; plenty of extra toiletries; and a washer/dryer. There were also lots of extra towels, sheets, etc. which is always nice to have when you're staying an extended time. The patio is very cute and has string lights which add to the ambiance. The house was on a quiet cul de sac. It was the perfect location if you are going to Universal Studios. All of the mattresses were very firm and the two convertible futons in the third room were not very comfortable. My six year old didn't mind, but after the first night, one of the members of our party opted to use an air mattress that we had brought instead. I think a mattress pad for the futons would go a long way!
All in all, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. We will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. :)

We were so delighted with this space. There was food, drinks, shampoo, soaps, conditioner, and plenty of blankets/towels/pillows for all 4 of us. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and park every day. It smelled really good and the nest thermostat worked great. We'll be recommending it to all our family and friends when they visit Burbank. We did get to meet the owner as we were leaving and he was so nice. He took our group picture and let us take some lemons from his tree!

What a fabulous little property tucked in a quaint neighborhood! Classic architecture from the 40’s with upgraded amenities, it’s the perfect mix of old and new! Close to anything you need, friendly neighbors, and the perfect outdoor space for gathering!

Recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking to explore universal studios Hollywood and nearby areas. The house fit our 4 adult family members very comfortably. The amenities in the house were perfect. The host were extremely welcoming and nice. They paid great attention to detail. Some examples include all the warm welcome letters around the house to the refreshments in the fridge. Exceptional rental, and highly recommend. We hope to visit again.
