Very clean, beautiful views, very friendly and helpful staff. Great location to everything.

I can’t say anything negative about the condo

The property was in a nice quiet location. Very clean.

The parking was not the best too many big trucks trying to park in the lot . it was difficult to navigate . Also a coffee shop onsite would have been great

loved the big balcony and location in general

refrigerator door opened wrong way

The front desk staff and availability of parking. My son had to drive separately bc there were 6 of us. When we arrived there was no overflow parking available, so my son had to park along a street. He parked a couple blocks away along a well lit street where we could see the car from our balcony and his car got broken into. After this happened, I went to the front desk to ask for a pass for the parking garage, the woman told me overflow parking was now available and we’d have to pay the $25 a night. I said my son has to pay a deductible now to get the window fixed and you’re going to make us pay for parking? I asked her if we could get a pass for the parking garage and she said no. It was only after I got upset explaining to her that we were 8 hours away from home and if it rains, the inside of his car would get soaked bc the driver’s side window is now gone, she said I’ll just go ahead and give you one. If you’re going to offer a room that has 4 beds and sleeps up to 8 people, you should provide parking based on the number of vehicles that are driven, not 1 room 1 parking pass. Also, the staff should be more sympathetic when something not so great happens on someone’s vacation. The whole experience has made me not want to visit myrtle beach any longer.
