Nice little town house very close to the centre of Guisborough. Comfortable accommodation with everything needed without being too fussy. Clean and well presented no issues there. Parking just a short walk away £2.50 all day, very good value! The property is just off the main street so easy to stroll to restaurants and shops nearby. Would recommend to a friend.

A nice property in a very good location
Lovely shower @ plenty of room , all the facilities you would need , I can recommend this property no problem.
Only one thing , the carpet was well worn and stained , could do with a new one . & People stopping over should then take shoes off , wear slippers etc to walk around .

Location was excellent
No Tea coffee making facility

The bed was really comfortable,
Location was perfect
Dirty tea towel, no washing-up dish, leftover food left in microwave, stagnant water smell in the kitchen, cracked cups, loose carpet on the stairs.
Owners were informed so these might not be a problem any more.
