We stayed in many places during our Japan trip, and this was the most genuinely hospitable of them all. When our daughter became unwell, Asami showed extraordinary kindness, helped us extend our stay at short notice, brought thoughtful gifts for our daughter, and cared for us in a way that went well beyond what you would ever expect from a host. We left very grateful.
Nothing to fault here - it’s modern, clean, central, wonderful place to stay.

Clean and comfortable. Good value.
All our needs were met. There was nothing we didn’t like.

Location: close to cafes and restaurants and bus station.
Amenities: self-service towel refill as needed, dry room was good, beds comfy and warm. Loved the big shower / bathroom in the 2brm apartment, meaning 3 people could be using toilet, sink and shower/bath simultaneously. Apartment was spacious.
Host: Asami was amazing. Checked in on us daily when we got back and assisted with getting our luggage sent ahead of us back to airport.
Nothing. We chose to walk up to the Nagasaki gondola every morning so that definitely gets your legs and heart pumping! But maybe with young kids this might be challenging so should opt to take the shuttle bus from the station instead.
