Sehr zentrale Lage, gute Betten. Frühstück und Sauberkeit sind in Ordnung.
Das Personal an der Rezeption zeigt sich zwar bemüht, kann aber dem Standard des Hotels nicht gerecht werden. Wir wollten Kleidung waschen (nicht reinigen) lassen wofür wir 32USD hätten zahlen sollen. Wir haben es dann selbst in die Hand genommen und die Wäsche bei LAVANDERIA TRAPITOS SUCIOS CENTRO waschen lassen, für 7USD. Bei der Abreise wurde uns statt eines offiziellen Taxis ein dubioser Fahrdienst bestellt, der sehr schlecht mit unserem Gepäck umgegangen ist. Da wir unter Zeitdruck waren, blieb uns keine andere Wahl.

Lovely place, great location, staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Comfortable beds, beautiful decor, everything was spotless.
Every room should have extra toilet paper :-) ours didn't have a roll and I had to ask. But they ran to give me some.
The hallway lights have a way of keeping you up at night.

This was a nice hotel right on the square in Riobamba. The hotel is pleasant, clean, and served its purpose. It is a good value for Rio and I would stay there again

This was a stellar property. Everything was upscale and tasteful. The infrastructure brand new but based on a property with old bones. Excellent breakfast as well.
Only that the location was nothing special. It was not off the beaten path, just not in a special place.

We had a wonderful stay here! The room was really cosy, the breakfast was great and Katy was really nice, always available when we had questions and helped us with everything. Highly recommend this place!
