It was a lovely hotel and perfect for exploring the old town. The rooms were big and airy and we could chill on the rooftop garden

They serve breakfast early and offer takeaway, so you can bring your food if you are joining an early tour. The location is great, near the Old Quarter and easy to get around the city. The staff are really helpful and accommodating. Room cleanliness is top-notch.

Nice small hotel on the edge of the Old Quarter. Easy within walkable distance of the Old Quarter just by crossing the main road by foot bridge. Not suitable for people with poor movement. Steps in hotel lobby to first floor to rech the elevator. Our room was on the side of the building and surpricingly quiet from any road noise. Unfortunately next to the elevator shaft (room 505) so you hear some noise of that. Mainly in the mornings! Rooms are clean but small. Would not recommend this room for plus size people! I was able to push my opened up suitcase under the bed and that saved space. No place spare otherwise to put a opened up suitcase. Bathroom had a closed off shower compartment with great water pressure and good cold and hot water. Toilet ok. Wash basin ok but not much space to put personal items. Breakfast was included and was outstanding. Good hotel for exploring Hanoi Old Quarter.
No major dislikes.
