Amazing location - easy to walk anywhere

The property and staff were absolutely amazing. Easy to find and in such a great area! There are restaurants all around and it is quick steps from so many monuments. The SPA!!!!!! Wow we definitely didn’t use it enough but you get a private reservation for the spa for an hour. It was so nice. We had no idea how to use the sauna so staff helped. It was breathtaking. The staff were always kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and delicious. We loved starting our holiday with a mimosa and aperol spritz. They also had a full cappuccino machine. The kitchen staff that we did interact with were lovely Room was great. We got an upgraded room for no price difference so that was a sweet surprise The room was clean and the bed was so so comfortable.

The shower holder for the shampoo and body wash was broken and the key reader for our door was broken and we had to use a physical key which was a little convenient but I would recommend this hotel to everyone

Location, breakfast and staff were all outstanding

Breakfast was good. Location was good. I like that I got a discount from the parking garage.

Unfortunately on our first night we were not in a 2 bedroom suite that I booked. I had booked a room with a balcony, but we got a 1 bedroom unit with a living room with a pull out sofa bed that was horrible. When I mentioned it to front staff the next day that we had a terrible sleep on the pull out couch they were kind enough to move us to my originally booked room. This second room was fantastic with 2 proper bedrooms and the balcony that was pictured when I originally booked it.
