Great location - walkable to the city centre, and right on the tram route direct from the airport. Lovely big room. Friendly staff. Lots of public space on to ground floor.
Having to walk half a mile to get a coffee from the Galley. Please put a kettle in the room!

Nicely updated, friendly and helpful staff, were able to drop our bags before our room was ready, easy walk to city center

It was like a funhouse. Kind of a maze getting to the room, black walls and an optical illusion carpet in the hallways. I liked it. Plenty of seating in the bar/lounge area, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Also very close to the tram
Nothing really. I’d stay again

The lobby area is cute
The room we had was awkwardly laid out, noisy and dirty. Location is not so central for tourists but close to tram line
