N Plus Hotel Akihabara

The staff were all excellent. SO helpful when we had questions. We also liked the free coffee/tea/beverage station just off the lobby. It was also nice to have a FamilyMart close. It was on a quiet street and the hotel and the surroundings were clean and safe. The shower was great and there were umbrellas available for borrowing. Room was small but just right for us. Designed for the traveler on a budget who plans to do more exploring than hotel time. Outlets and light switches conveniently placed. We would stay here again.

I thought the hotel was a little closer to the train station than it was, but it was certainly walkable. For me, the beds and pillows were too hard and there was no top/flat sheet on the bed or available from housekeeping -- but this was typical for all of the hotels I used in Japan. Now I know!
