The place is spacious in Tokyo scale, quite spacious for a family of 4 with 2 teenagers. Love the drying function in the shower, my clothes are guarantee dry the next day. there are AC unit in every room including the living room, a must have if you stay in August. We stayed on the 7th floor and it was very quiet at night.
Not as close to the metro as i expected, maybe 10 min walk but still within reasonable distance.
