Location is fantastic, right next to Campo di Fiori and Navona. The building itself is a gem, with spiral stone staircase and historic details. Apartment has everything one needs in a place this size, it's nicely and carefully furnished, with spacious bathroom, very comfortable bed, plenty of towels, hangers and pillows. Thoughtful details throughout (there's a washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board, iron, microwave, coffee machine and an electric kettle, basic kitchen equipment etc). Of course kitchen is small but that's expected in an ancient building. Communication with the owner excellent and prompt. Excellent restaurant recommendations. On the top of everything else, right next to the building is a storage facility open daily where we stored our suitcases on the day of the departure and had them arrange a driver to take us to the airport. Very convenient.

Not something that can be helped but the building is in a sometimes noisy street (human noise, not street noise) and the indoor AC can be noisy as well (all historic buildings have indoor units). If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. We went out to the pharmacy after the first night to buy wax earplugs for €5 and they did the trick. I don't think it's possible to find a perfectly quiet flat in the center of Rome, so come prepared. Some nights were much quieter than others.

Great apartment with really lovely features like the ceilings that was clean and comfortable. The curtains to block out light were great and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect, so close to everything and heaps of public transport options. The owner was very easy to communicate with. Others have stated that the 3 flights of stairs were difficult, which was a bit of an issue with luggage, but we expected that from the reviews so it was not a problem.

The air con was noisy. There was also some noise at night and very early in the morning, which is to be expected from such a central location

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment. It was clean, comfortable, and very cozy, with everything we needed for our family. The location is fantastic – right in the heart of Rome and within walking distance of all the major sights, restaurants, and charming piazzas. Despite being so central, the apartment was quiet and made for a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Our host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome and would happily stay here again.

This apartment is absolutely adorable. It looks just like the pictures. It’s clean and so cute. The host was very responsive and provided recommendations on where to eat and things nearby. The location is excellent. We walked to both the Forum and the Vatican. I’d especially recommend this area for adults. We were traveling with our 8 and 9 year old and realized the area comes alive at night!
