The staff were amazing! Professional, friendly, warm and always smiling and greeting each guest. The rooms were well maintained and the location was prime! Situated in district one, one can easily access restaurants, markets, cafes and many other places from the hotel, even by walking. Special shout out to Dat and Trinh for their amazing help and service on the first day. We were welcomed with a special welcome drink and snacks and our room was surprisingly ready upon arrival around 12pm. Great breakfast buffet options with a good mix of Asian and Western options! You also can order off a western menu on top of the breakfast buffet options! This hotel includes various venues like a bar, coffee lounge, pool and restaurant. We cannot wait to come back to HCMC and will definitely stay at this hotel for sure! Thank you for the wonderful holiday experience!

Everything was perfect at this hotel!

Very comfortable rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Great central location. Staff very helpful.

We booked a room with no windows, which although was comfortable. In hindsight it would have been nice to have a window to check weather before heading out.
