LUMI RESIDENCES Central Collection

Staff were great especially Lisa who was really helpful with some itinerary bookings Room was big and nice and clean .

I was in room 203 and for some reason it did not have a TV. Not sure a hotel in 2036 would not have a TV especially one that is recently new . Also breakfast options were a little limited Overall I’d stay again though

The staff was probably the best part of this place. They’re super friendly and funny. The rooms are really clean with good beds, sheets and pillows. The location is amazing as well, walking distance to so many things.

The room and bathroom is on the smaller size, but it was big enough for what you need.

Firstly, the staff here are so kind and accommodating and this hotel is great value for location, so I really hesitate to give a less than positive review. But the room descriptions on Booking should really be improved for accuracy and to avoid disappointment. Our Twin Room turned out to have no windows, but this key fact was not mentioned in the listing. Upon seeing our room, we had to ask to upgrade to a different room with windows, but my friend and I had to share a bed because there were no windowed rooms with two beds. I also booked another room for two friends who wanted separate beds. The description said “1 full bed, 1 queen bed” which I (understandably) took to mean the room had two beds. This room in fact only had one bed, and since my friends didn’t want to share, we had to cancel the booking (and the kind manager was gracious enough to help us cancel without penalty) and my friends transferred to a different hotel nearby.
