Location and the staff

Almost everything. The staff were phenomenal: warm, attentive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast was excellent, the room was cosy, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is ideal; we walked everywhere, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable—a great boutique hotel with real personality.
We specifically booked a room with natural light. The room did have windows, but they were frosted, and when opened, they faced the wall of the neighbouring building about half a metre away. In practice, there was no natural light, and we needed the lights on day and night. Not a dealbreaker, but the room description should reflect this so guests can choose accordingly. If natural light matters to you, confirm with the hotel which rooms have an actual outlook before booking.

Clean and new
The hotel is actually very small and without cover when it rained. We were caught in the rain when we arrived and we initially expected a big hotel as appeared in the pictures but were surprised to realize that it is actually a small boutique hotel. The name and the pictures are a bit misleading for the price we paid
