Konumu çok iyi, Samui havaalanına çok yakın olduğu için seçmiştim. Yatak rahattı
Yatak temiz değildi, saçlar vardı. Duş temizlenmiş gibi ancak kenarlar kararmış. Kettle çok garipti kullanamadım. Daha ucuza kaldığım yerler çok daha güzeldi.

When I arrived at the hotel it was ABANDONED! Some guy who knew my name came up to me and said I was at the wrong hotel. He took me to a completely different hotel which was not the hotel from the pictures and had a different name. There was no pool, it was super loud, dirty, bed was full of glitters and stains?? staff (who where very kind) did not speak english. Long story short, do not book this hotel.

Very clean and tidy there is a lovely pool, laundry service on your door step 7 11 at the bottom of the road and a great Italian call Fredricoes
The hotel is very friendly the hotel manager Ched is really help full this is the second time I have stayed in samui platinum hotel and will be coming back again

The room and the hotel was nice! we enjoyed the swimmingpool and the staff was very helpfull.
The location was far from the beach and the city. We had to take a taxi everywhere.
