Hotel MAMI Resort

Magnífica atención. Las instalaciones son perfectas, pero el plus de amabilidad de encargados y trabajadores no tiene precio! Repetiré en Tailandia, y lo haré en Mami Resort en mis estancias en Koh Samui

Beautiful and convenient yet quiet location

- great swimming pool - owner is very kind & helpful - good location - very clean

The food preparation area is quite well organized. That's all the good stuff.

This place is very difficult to find. It's unclear where the entrance is, how to get there, or how to check in. The hotel staff confirmed a late check-in, but couldn't properly explain the entrance, nor could they meet us or help us check in. After searching for about an hour, we found cleaning staff sleeping on the premises and they helped us check in. The service is so-so, and the sign at the entrance doesn't match the hotel's name. If you try to find it, you won't find it. Access to the room is quite difficult. The air conditioners in the room are very dirty; we had to clean them ourselves. The sliding windows are not sealed, allowing insects to easily fly in or out.
