This property was amazing! It’s so clean and perfect location. I don’t have a single negative thing to say about the property itself! However, the management company that is running this property lacks on communication and being organized. They did not respond for days and was not clear and up to date on this specific property which made for a lot of unnecessary communication. The excuse I kept getting is “we are short handed”. I would recommend you renting beach chairs and umbrellas from SAGE PADDLE Co! They were amazing and 1/2 the price of what was recommended by the management company. My recommendation to the property owner is to get a new management company. Feel free to reach out for specifics.

Loved the condo. Decorated beautifully! It looked to be recent remodeled. Comfortable bed and pillows. Gorgeous beach front view. The only negative was that communicating with the host was a tad frustrating. We got there about 2 hours before check in time and so we went straight to the beach but we parked in the parking lot of the condo so I called to see if it was ok for me to park my car (i pre-registered my vehicle prior to arrival) but could not get anyone on the phone and so I sent a text requesting permission and the response back to my text was delayed but when I got it, it totally did not answer my question about parking so I retexted and at this point we were about an hour before check in and they wrote back and said they did not advise we park in the parking lot because we could be towed. I got nervous so my husband went and moved the car to the lot next door. No big deal just thought I would point that out. But all in all, we loved the room and the location. We will defintley stay here again.

This is a very nice condo, exactly as advertised. The Sundunes bldg is our favorite in Navarre. Can't beat the location and the condo is great! We would love to rent again, but mgt company was less than ideal.After checking our CC account 3 weeks before trip, we realized we had been TRIPLE charged for 2nd payment. No one let us know of their billing error! I called them immediately & was asked to send a screenshot of our CC statement & was told Acctg would get back to them. Acctg then admitted their error & thankfully refunded us back the 2 charges within a week's time. No one ever apologized for this error! How would they not have known!2 hours before 4:00 check-in, mgt company texts us to provide our ages, copies of our drivers license & registration of car or they wouldn't provide lock key code. I asked why are they just now asking for this. The person said the other agent dropped the ball. Clearly there are issues with this mgt company, at least in our experience. As far as the condo goes, the only issue we had was the ice maker did not work. On day 2-3, I did text someone about it, they sent a repairman over who couldn’t determine the problem & said they would have to get someone else out & could not provide timeframe to expect them, so I said never mind. They did bring us bags of ice, after we had bought our own. With this being said, our friends had rented this same condo a year ago and the ice maker didn't work then either. I'd say buy a bag of ice prior.

This condo was BEAUTIFUL! You couldn’t beat the ocean view, the bed was comfortable, the decor and scenery in the condo were modern and perfect.This was our first family vacation with our 16 month old daughter. Although we didn’t run into any issues, I feel like this condo is better suited for anyone that doesn’t have toddlers. Make sure to get your preferred paper towels (the ones supplied were super thin), salt, pepper, etc. All in all, we loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!
