Media Central Hotel & Spa

Amazing location, very welcome and kind staff! Our room was very clean and we had an amazing accommodation! Highly recommend!

Great area easy access to the French Quarter and a fantastic staff

I reserved the junior suite when I first entered the room it was quite warm, and I noticed that they had provided a fan. At that point, I figured it was likely that the AC was not going to do a good job and I was correct. The next issue was that they would only give you one key card at the moment you took the key card out of the room the AC the fan, the power outlets to charge phones laptops, iPads, etc. all powered down they wouldn’t give you a second key card. So keeping the room at a comfortable temperature was near impossible.

Great location! Very friendly staff who couldn’t do enough for you. The bed was very comfortable, after a long (hot & sticky) day. Great place to stay.

The location is on point. Close to mini marts, money exchange and lot of cafes. Staffs were very friendly and helped me with the extra bed for my kid. The hotel charged me a very reasonable price for an early check in since i checked in at 6.00 am. There was wifi and water issues in the room and it was fixed immediately.

The hotel is old and it can be felt. The Air Conditioning wasnt working properly since the AC is an old remote controlled one. The breakfast spread is very poor with very little options of food. The food was not labelled at all which was very inconvient as well.
