The room was spacious and clean. The coffee in the room was good.
I didn’t get my monument view as I originally paid for. It was a view of a building and street. I also didn’t get a high floor room as I requested. I was charged a $32.00 breakfast food item to my room that we didn’t purchase. By the time I noticed it on my bill, I was long gone.

Location and decor
The check-in process was horrible. The rep stated that we owed $300 but the booking.com site stated there was a $37.50 per night hold so we were under the impression this would be $115 maybe $150 for the entire stay. They acted as if they couldn’t read the clearly stated fee we would expect to pay onsite whereas there wasn’t anything sent to me through Booking.Conor Sonesta themselves which stated this $100 per night fee. Then the rep was very condescending. I was completely put off and don’t know if I would return
