Staff were super nice. Secure elevator to scan your room card. Love the little coffee and snack shop downstairs. Walkable to sites

Easy to find. Had a super nice and clean parking garage across the street. The rooms were pretty small but clean and beautiful. The bed and linens were so soft and comfortable. The hotel itself was gorgeous, and we didn’t even take advantage of all the amenities. The majority of the staff was friendly, and answered all of our questions. We chose a room with breakfast included, and it was great. It was nice that breakfast went up to 11am.
The rooms were very small, and for what we paid, maybe there should be more space. A few of the staff members seemed very standoff-ish. For working in hospitality, I feel like some of them could’ve been more kind. The front desk staff and the gentleman that brought us extra pillows were great though!

Nice rooms good location
Room ice cold when I arrived and it took them hours to move me to a different room. The room service also never answered the phone and I had to get front desk to go and order for me.
