-5 day family stay, 14 family members, ages 2 to 69.-The 7 bedrooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable.-We easily prepared meals in the well equipped kitchen. BTW, there are 3 refrigerators in the house.-There are three dens or lounging spaces. And, the garage is set up with a bar, ping pong, foosball and karaoke! The garage’s AC kept it nice and cool.-There are 2 half baths: first floor, 2 full baths: second floor and large master bath: third floor. There are two sets of washer/dryers.-There are dedicated kid areas, too. The bunk room is double size on the bottom and twin size on top. The netted floor loft was a big hit! All 6 of the grand kids could play on it together. There is an area below the loft that can be a play space for the kids, also.-If you ask the grand kids their favorite part of the house is, they would all say, the pool. BTW, there is a shed in the back yard with all kinds of pool/beach toys, chairs and boogie boards.-Our favorite nearby beach was "LITTLE Matanzas Beach". It’s a 8 minute drive south down A1A. Not crowded and very good for shell collecting.-Restaurants, ice cream shops, grocery stores and all the historic sites are all very close by. If you like to have your groceries delivered to you, Walmart did deliver to us while we were staying there.-The host was very quick to respond to our needs. Thanks!-If you have a big group or family, this home can accommodate them easy with room to spare. Better than pictured!

The house was perfect for our family. Each room was nicely decorated and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very spacious and all the amenities. There is a pod coffee and a ground coffee maker, large pots and great cooking equipment. Plenty of silverware and glasses. Beach towels were also available. There's an outside shed with all kinds of beach chairs and umbrellas. The pool was very nice sized and large chairs were great. The parking was an easy 5. There is also a game room with ping pong, foosball table, darts and karaoke, plus a frig in the game room. If I could give this home 6 stars I would.

Perfect getaway for our group of 14! So spacious. Room for privacy with plenty of space to gather together as well.

Completely blown away with this vacation rental. It had everything our family needed to make a fantastic vacation. Plenty of towels, blankets and fully stocked kitchen. If you’re looking for a small area to tuck away your mother-in-law, this place has it. The pictures do not do this vacation rental justice. It’s much better in person. The hosts were responsive and amazing. I am definitely going to book this vacation rental again.
