The location and house were perfect for our large family! The description says 6 bedrooms; there are actually 7, which worked out great since we had one planning to sleep on the couch! She was thrilled to have her own room. The kids enjoyed the pool, but the walk to the beach was not bad at all! We may book this place again!

We had the most amazing time staying at Josh and Jared’s beach home! The facilities were all very clean and comfortable. TONS of space for our group of 14 to spread out and have privacy but also lots of group spaces to hang out together. We loved spending the mornings at the beach (a very easy and short walk!) and the evenings relaxing in the pool. The home also had a very well stocked kitchen - we brought tons of our own cooking supplies and didn’t even really need them. I also really appreciated the quick and responsive communication from the hosts.
We hope to stay here again next year!

This was the best vacation rental I’ve ever stayed at. The house was amazing - spacious, clean, and beautiful. The pool was the best part. ~5 minute walk to the beach and 15 minute drive to downtown St Augustine. Would definitely recommend!

Really great house! Close to the beach. Only thing to add would possibly be a hot tub, especially since the pool is small.
