Fantastic location , everything on the doorstep. Surprisingly quiet at night.
Small en-suite with nowhere to put anything, Difficulty finding parking nearby. Long wait for hot water in shower

It was a brilliant location, very clean, nice large room and friendly host. My sat nav couldn’t find the nearest carpark so l parked at the station which was less than ten minutes away and allowed me to find another lovely beach and have a swim.
Would have been nice to have a fridge but so central that you could pop out for cold stuff.

The lication was excellent, right in the centre of St Ives.
The room was very small, a bit musty smelling and the shower did not drain well.
