Location, age of property host excellent

location was fantastic and I had sea view room. The owner was very helpful in making a car park spot available to us that was only 5 mins walk.
Staircase a bit of a challenge for me but not unexpected given its St Ives. There is no breakfast service but that is clear before you arrive. A small fridge would be great in the room

Ken was a great host, and helped facilitate my request of having flowers in the room! The location is excellent, the room is beautiful, with an amazing view of the harbour. Highly recommend for a short stay.
Only issue I can think of it that parking is difficult but that is well known in St Ives. We ended up in a car park that had spaces but also cost £20 a day (separate to this guest house).
