The ease of finding the cabin, closeness to downtown, very large bedrooms.
No complaints

We love all the room and that it fits our large family. This was year 2 at this cabin and we couldn't be more happy with our stay. We love that all 3 levels has their own thermostat allowing us to all be comfortably.
1 hot tub was out of order but that wasn't a big deal.

It was perfect for our large family. Plenty of room for the kids to play around. Was only a 5-10min drive to Dollywood, Ripley’s aquarium, and so much more.
The listing did say wheelchair accessible but it really wasn’t.
