The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Netflix was provided for free, and the air-conditioning was nice and cold. The owner was very friendly and helpful, and responded to messages very quickly. Parking was also provided, which was very convenient.
Just a few small things that could be improved: the towels are quite worn out and would be better if replaced with new ones. The toilet bowl was also a little yellowish. would also be great if basic toiletries such as soap and shampoo could be provided.

Location was near to my destination. Very easy to get e-hailing. Many restaurants at the lobby and nearby. Very near to a mall.
Some of the furniture is not maintained. The sofa, the curtain hook, the power outlet.

Security and lots of amenities. Location easy
Some areas could be cleaned better ( especially the bathroom) . The sofa shows sign of wear and tear.
